“Pursuant to OUR Memorandum MRC 16-29, colleges and departments may choose to do certain registration processes (advising, cancellation of slots, validation, assessment, and printing of Form5) starting 04 January 2017, taking into consideration prioritization in registration processes of freshmen, graduating, and varsity students.
Please coordinate with your department if they will be accommodating early registration.
Furthermore, please also note that the OUR and other units (including the colleges and departments) will be on a holiday-break starting 22 December 2016 until 02 January 2017. Emails and calls made during the said period may not be attended to immediately. Office resumes on 03 January 2017″
