No, the department currently only offers bachelors degree and masters degree in mechanical engineering.

All tech-voc programs and courses from each engineering department are handled by the National Engineering Center, check their website at http://www.upnec.com/

Does undergraduate program require thesis?

No, the current curriculum requires one (1) Machine Design Project (ME 155) and one Power Plant Project (ME 188). However, future curriculum revisions plan on requiring thesis in the future.
